Jordan Giannoni

Jordan is from a legacy of educators, coaches and mentors in San Joaquin County.

Born and raised in Lodi, Jordan attended public schools in the county throughout her life before earning her bachelor's degree at the University of California, Berkeley.

Post-college she worked in corporate publishing with education giants, Pearson and McGraw-Hill. Jordan took a job at Delta College in 2015 while she was completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at night at UC Davis.

She became a faculty member at Delta in 2017, earning tenure in 2021. Most recently, Jordan has earned her doctorate in education (Ed.D) at Johns Hopkins, and looks forward to the opportunity to utilize the knowledge gained in her studies alongside her practical experience in education as a trustee on the county board of education.

Jordan is the youngest of 4 children, and the youngest grandchild of Lodi's most beloved coach, John Giannoni Sr., to whom the gym at Tokay High School, and a street in Lodi, are dedicated. Jordan currently resides in Lodi, CA with her husband, Derek Harless, a finance executive in the wine and spirits industry.  In her spare time, Jordan bakes, volunteers, serves as a committee member for Stockton's American Cancer Society Gala and the World of Wonders Science Museum Foundation board in addition to serving as the President of the Leadership Stockton Alumni Association Board. Jordan was also a fellow in San Joaquin County's Good Government program in 2023.
